The Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) accompanied by two (02) of her collaborators, took part in this very important working session bringing together the General Managers of Civil Aviation as well as air cargo stakeholders.

In order to identify regulatory and operational solutions for the development of air cargo, its industry and services in Africa, ICAO took the initiative to organise a working session of this gradation.

Among other things, it is for the participants to evaluate the progress made in implementing the measures taken at the 1st Meeting held in Lomé, Togo and, as such to take further steps to promote air cargo initiatives.

It is worth recalling that, air cargo is a catalyst for economic growth. Approximately 35% of world trade in value terms is transported by air.
