43rd ERSI graduates dubbed "Performance and Skills" batch

This is the ceremonial tag given to graduating Aerodrome firefighters,who had come to the end of their training on Friday February 9, 2018 at the Regional School of Rescue and fire fighting in Douala.

Speaking during the graduation, Madam the Director General of the CCAA and presiding person at the ceremony lauded the school’s expertise. In attendance were;  ERSI staff, the representative of the Minister of Transport, ASECNA Resident Representative in Cameroon, administrations involved in the training, guests and families of the graduates .

Addressing the 17 new firefighters, the Director General recommended two important virtues for success- a strong drive to outdo one’s self at work and a high sense of responsibility. It should be noted that this class went through theoretical classes, field practice and physical exercises over a period of five (5) months. With the incoming of these firefighters, the CCAA in her capacity as aerodrome manager will further enhance personnel know how at airports which are under its supervision.
