Refresher exercise for safety inspectors
A training workshop was organized for them on March 21, 2018 at Hotel Mont Fébé in Yaoundé.
The purpose of the workshop is to equip the safety inspectors, theoretically and in practice for two days. This training will build their competencies and their capacity to intervene efficiently in the event of an accident and conduct safety inspections.
The upgrade of these safety inspectors by the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority is the institution’s response to ICAO's concerns with respect to international Standards and Recommended Practices in civil aviation safety, security and air transport safety oversight in Cameroon.
The workshop was animated by a Moroccan expert- IDRISS EL FAHLI.
