Training for focal points of management control

A capacity-building seminar for management control focal points at the CCAA was organized from 26 to 29 March 2018 in Douala.

The aim of this workshop was to provide management control tools and, above all, to teach personnel the normative framework of budget management through performance.

This seminar, which will undoubtedly provide staff with a better understanding of public finance reform, was facilitated by experts from the Ministry of Finance.
