During a two-day seminar from June 12 to 13, 2018 they were edified on management tools, management control and organizing management dialogue.

Results-based public management now makes headlines in Cameroon as most companies have moved from working with short term budgeting programs  to long term budgeting with performance indicators. This adjustment, calls for a change in culture, approach and in the behavior of managers towards organizations and employees. Performance based management relies on the mastery of certain tools, the identification of the roles in the results chain, monitoring and evaluating the planning process and their proper execution in the management process. Above all, companies now rely on managerial dialogue in the technical and financial execution of programs. This seminar will help to understand that management control should serve as a tool to assist management functions, a sort of alert, consulted by top management when need be.
