Launch of a public consultation on some draft aviation safety regulations

As part of its regulatory development process, the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) is launching a public consultation to gather comments from any organisation or person having an interest or likely to be impacted by the draft regulations giving rise to the following notices:
- NPR 2021-01: Draft Order laying down common requirements for the provision of air navigation services in Cameroon;
- NPR 2021-02: Draft decree laying down the rules of the air applicable to Cameroonian and foreign aircraft;
- NPR 2021-03: Draft decree laying down specific requirements applicable to the provision of air traffic services in Cameroon
- NPR 2021-04: Draft decree laying down specific requirements applicable to the provision of the service of designing instrument flight procedures in Cameroon.
 
These notices are available on the website www.dasis.ccaa.aero, under the heading "Rulemaking Process", section "NPR/NPA". The compliance checklists for Annexes 2 and 11 associated with NPA 2021-02 and 2021-03 respectively are also available in the "CC" section.
