This collaboration contract signed by the Director General of the CCAA, Mrs. Paule Assoumou KOKI and the Rector of the University of Yaoundé I, Professor Maurice Aurélien SOSSO, on November 26, 2021, consists in the establishment of a partnership for training, scientific and technological research and expertise in the fields of interest of the two structures through the National Advanced School of Engineering in Yaoundé (NASEY).
This will be a question of carrying out an educational trial through this partnership agreement between the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) and the "mother" of universities. This commitment between the two institutions aims to implement the government's orientations which consist in professionalizing university training for the emergence of the country.
It is therefore a framework for exchange of engineering students, researcher-lecturers and aeronautics professionals whose aim is to confront their theoretical knowledge with professional practice.
By this act, the CCAA would like to rely on National Advanced School of Engineering in Yaoundé (NASEY) which is full of numerous competences for the important industrial projects of the sector.

The synergy between the aviation sector and the university sector should help to meet a number of challenges facing aviation and, in the long run, will make Cameroon a pole of academic and professional training in civil aviation.
In her speech, the Director General of the CCAA announced the forthcoming launch of a certificate of specialised aptitude in aircraft maintenance and recycling. A professional training that will certainly solve some local concerns.
It should be noted that the training courses that will be offered will be able to contribute to the continuous training of CCAA agents where need be and other professionals in the field.
The Rector of the University of Yaounde I promised to do everything possible to ensure the success of this project, which will highlight professional skills certification.
