In concert with the national women's community, the Women of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) celebrated the 38th edition of International Women's Day with pomp and harmony and organised several activities and attractions.

First stop, sports activities on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at the stadium of the Air Force Base 101 of Yaounde, with a  handball match opposing the women of the headquarters and those of the platform of Yaounde-Nsimalen. The score of the game was two goals to one, in favour of the women of the headquarters.

The second highlight of the festivities was a round table discussion organized on Monday, March 6, 2023, at the esplanade of the headquarters on two important themes: "Financial empowerment of women via digital" and "Stress management". This was a well-attended activity, as it informed the participants about the rules to be observed to master better financial management and how to avoid stress.  On the same occasion, the election of the Miss Bilingual CCAA 2023 was organised.

On another note, the female staff of the CCAA in their usual generosity made a donation to the Mfou Prison on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, to help the inmates of the prison.

The height of these IWD commemorative activities was the great parade of the Amazons of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority at the  20th May Boulevard under the gaze of the CCAA Director General, Mrs ASSOUMOU KOKI Paule—a real treat to the eyes.

The celebration ended with a meal at the CCAA headquarters with warm and vibrant sounds from Cameroon and elsewhere in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CCAA Mr NGOLLE III Patrice Emmanuel.
