JIF 2025: the climax of a fraternal meal
After a week of festivities, the women of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) “got together after a fine parade on the Boulevard du 20 mai with top management at the institution's head office for a meal that featured a variety of attractions.

It was a beautiful day on March 8, 2025, in the rear courtyard of the CCAA's head office, as the well-dressed women of the CCAA gathered in a festive atmosphere around the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr Ngolle lll Patrice Emmanuel, and the Deputy Director General, Mr Allabira Mamadou, in the absence of the Director General, Mrs Paule ASSOUMOU KOKI, who was unable to attend.
After singing Cameroon's national anthem and the women's anthem, the President of the IWD 2025 Organizing Committee presented a detailed report on the activities organized for this edition of IWD at the CCAA. A commendable report that was appreciated by Mr ALLABIRA MAMADOU, Deputy Director General of the CCAA
Then, excellence awards were presented to four women commended for their exceptional sociability, elegance and sportsmanship.

The highlight of this festive afternoon was the cutting of the IWD cake by the Deputy General Manager, Mr. ALLABIRA MAMADOU, and a toast by the President of the Organizing Committee in honor of the women.
The day ended in a joyous mood, with the decibels of an orchestra distilling a variety of sounds.
It should be noted that CCAA has 318 women out of a total workforce of 976, all of whom, both operational and administrative, are led with mastery by a woman engineer-pilot, Ms Paule Assoumou KOKI. The top management's leitmotiv is always to guarantee the safety and security of Cameroon's skies and above all, to manage personnel with gender equality in mind.
