CCAA Board of Directors adopt 2026 Budget
The Board of Directors of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) convened for its 57th Ordinary Session on 30 December 2025 in Douala, Wouri Division, under the chairmanship of Mr. NGOLLE III Patrice Emmanuel, Board Chairperson. Mrs. AVOMO ASSOUMOU Paule, spouse KOKI, Director General, assisted by Mr. ALLABIRA Mamadou, Deputy Director General, presented the items on the agenda.

Upon conclusion of the proceedings, the Board of Directors adopted the CCAA's 2026 budget, balanced in revenue and expenditure at CFAF 27,294,000,000. The Board also approved the Annual Performance Project, which outlines the 2025 financial year review, objectives for 2026, strategic priorities, resource allocation, and performance targets.
Following the deliberations, several resolutions were adopted to ensure the effective governance of the Civil Aviation Authority. These include the designation of the Chairperson and members of the Special Procurement Commission within the CCAA, as well as the adoption of the Special Procurement Journal. Human resources matters were also addressed.
The Board expressed its satisfaction with the management of the Directorate General since the last session. It extended its warm congratulations to the leadership for its efforts in improving operational efficiency and enhancing the CCAA's international standing. Furthermore, the Directorate General was encouraged to maintain proactive initiatives that foster the development of Cameroon's civil aviation sector, in alignment with the strategic directives of the Ministry of Transport.
It should be noted that the CCAA’s mandate is built upon four strategic pillars: the oversight of civil aviation, the development of air transport in Cameroon, the provision of aeronautical services, and governance.
