The Honorary Consul of Tunisia in Cameroon has led a delegation of officials of the airline on Wednesday January 17, 2018 to the Head office of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) in Yaounde.

The meeting was aimed at exchanging and collecting information on the procedure for obtaining an air service operating permit in order to establish air links between Tunis and Douala.TUNISAIR officials expressed the wish to have direct flights (a flight that connects two points without change of flight number) to Douala. According to the delegation, these direct flights would be an appropriate respond to current high demands for the service in Cameroon as well as strengthen economic partnership between Cameroon and Tunisia.Speaking at the meeting the Director General of the CCAA said she was honored by the interest that TUNISAIR has in Cameroon. She also indicated that the CCAA is in favor of developing Tunis Air’s business model.
