In a well-decked stand at the multi-purpose Sports complex in Yaoundé, staff of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority, CCAA has sensitized visitors on the enforcement, since April 18, 2018 at our international airports of stricter security measures.

Part of activities at the exhibition entailed presentations on the contribution of air transport and freight transportation in development of Cameroon’s economy by staff of these respective structures. Worthy of note is the fact that 25 505 tones of goods were transported from  worldwide into Cameroon in 2016 and according to the  International Civil Aviation Organization -ICAO, air freight accounts for only 0.5% of the volume of trade in air transport.This show, which ends on April 21, 2018, was launched by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Transport.
