International Civil Aviation Day
The celebration of this event on December 7, 2021 istaking place in a context where the civil aviation sector continues to suffer the negative consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic which is drastically slumped the economy and caused the slowdown of the sector. International Civil Aviation Day was established in 1994 as part of ICAO's 50th anniversary activities. And in 1996 the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed 7 December as International Civil Aviation Day of the United Nations system.
The CCAA Board of Directors adopts 2022 budget
This was during the 49th Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) held on November 29 and 30, 2021 respectively at the CCAA Training School in Nsimalen -Yaounde.
CCAA and the University of Yaoundé I sign an academic partnership
This collaboration contract signed by the Director General of the CCAA, Mrs. Paule Assoumou KOKI and the Rector of the University of Yaoundé I, Professor Maurice Aurélien SOSSO, on November 26, 2021, consists in the establishment of a partnership for training, scientific and technological research and expertise in the fields of interest of the two structures through the National Advanced School of Engineering in Yaoundé (NASEY).
