 The Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) in collaboration with the Singapore Civil Aviation Authority (CAAS) and the African Civil Aviation Commission (CAFAC) organized the 17th on-site training on this topic as part of the CAAS-CAFAC Memorandum of Understanding from July 29 to August 2, 2019 at the CCAA Training School in Yaounde. 

 The issue was raised during the second working meeting of the ad hoc commission held on July 25; 2019 in Conference Room No.1 of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA).

As part of the Project for Support to the Transport Sectors of West and Central Africa (PASTA-CO) - Training Component, Cameroon has hosted a training on animal risk from July 15 to 19, 2019 at the Cameroon Civil Authority’s Training Center at the Douala International Airport.

Egyptair, made its first flight to Cameroon on July 21, 2019. This inaugural flight is part of the relaunch of the Egyptian airline’s flights to the big cities of African states. The airline announces the opening of a new route between Cairo and Douala, extending its flights to Chad.
