On the initiative of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority's (CCAA) Anti-Corruption Unit, the training, which took place from 12 to 13 June 2019, aimed to equip members of the Anti-Corruption Unit and the Rapid-Results Initiatives focal points of structures, with tools and techniques that can help improve performance within the CCAA.
Since May 22, 2019, the CCAA has initiated an awareness campaign focusing on the culture of civil aviation security among the various actors involved in the security chain at selected airports in Cameroon. This operation, which was launched at the international airport of Yaoundé Nsimalen, continued on the airport platform of Douala and will have to extend to the airport of Bafoussam and to the international airports of Garoua, Maroua.
On Friday, May 10 2019, the Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) and the Director General of the Telecommunication Regulatory Agency (TRA) jointly apposed their signatures on the manual of procedures for the attribution and control of aeronautical radio frequencies.
It was during the traditional open house days organized by the defence forces before the feast of the national day of Cameroon.
Organized from May 09 to 10, 2019 by the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) the objective of the seminar was to enable participants to understand the reforms induced by the transparency code, the innovations of the new law of management of public finances in public entities, and to control the execution of expenses in procedures of imprest accounts.
