REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES AT AFCAC

The African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC) invites qualified firms from all AFCAC Member States to submit proposals for the provision of External Audit Services for the 2025–2027 Triennium.

On Friday, July 11, 2025, Ms. Paule Avomo Assoumou Koki, Director General of the CCAA, launched the first round of discussions with Security Operational Agents (SOAs) at Yaoundé-Nsimalen International Airport. This initiative is part of an ongoing dialogue process, which will continue at Douala International Airport with these officers responsible for implementing security measures.

The Minister of Transport, Mr. Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe, chairman of the committee, presided over the first annual meeting on Tuesday, 7 July 2025, at the CCAA Training School (EFO) in Nsimalen, in the presence of partner security administrations, including Mrs Paule Assoumou KOKI, Director General of the CCAA, which provides the technical secretariat.

Under the leadership of its Director General, Mrs. Paule Avomo Assoumou spouse KOKI, the company SGS conducted a comprehensive mock audit of its Quality Management System (QMS) from June 16 to July 2, 2025, at its headquarters in Yaoundé, its training centre in Yaoundé, and the airports of Bafoussam-Bamougoum, Ngaoundéré, and Maroua-Salak.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on July 03, 2025, in Yaoundé between Mrs Paule Assoumou KOKI, Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), and Mr Hans Jürgen Klein, Project Manager at GIZ BSB Yamoussa, in Yaoundé, in the presence of the representative of the Lamido of Ray Bouba, a strong team from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and CCAA department heads.
