An Online Claims System at the CCAA

Internal staff and users now have the possibility to send their complaints, claims or any malfunctions related to the CCAA's activities online.

This mechanism has been set up to ease processing of complaints.

In case of concerns, air transport users can use the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on the other hand concerns all complaints from other structures, agents or service providers to the CCAA.

Complaints by physical mail are handled by the Mail and Liaison Service. Complaints forward by telephone can be made on switchboard at 222 303 090/222 302 through complaint forms made available to users.

It should be noted that a maximum processing and response time of 45 working days is granted according to the type of problem.

An exception is made for disputes whose resolution is subject to confidential procedures and or legal disputes, or disputes relating to employment.
