41st ICAO Assembly: Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority receives Cameroonian delegation in Montreal

Organized on September 29, 2022, the meeting is part of the parallel activities led by the head of the Cameroonian delegation, the Minister of Transport, Mr. NGALLE BIBEHE Jean Ernest MASSENA.
The delegation made up of the Cameroonian representative to ICAO, the Directors General of the Cameroon Aviation Authority, Cameroon Airports, and Cameroon Airlines Corporation was welcome at the Brazilian representation in Montreal by the President of the Brazilian Civil Authority Mr. Juliano NOMAN ALCANTARA, and the Permanent Representative of Brazil to ICAO Mr. Norberto MORETTI.
The Brazilian official expressed satisfaction in receiving the delegation and presented the possibilities of cooperation in implementing regional safety and security plans, regulation, research on sustainable aviation fuels, and capacity building in aviation.
He particularly emphasized the many opportunities and investments captured in the growth of sustainable aviation fuel. He was also pleased that Cameroon and Brazil are at the same level of regulation concerning CORSIA.
In return, the Minister of Transport reiterated Cameroon's availability to cooperate with Brazil.
