Scanning air transport services’ quality
The CCAA has from 7 to 10 November 2017 in Douala, brought together stakeholders in air transport in what was dubbed ‘the 5th edition of the forum on the quality of services offered to air transport users’.
Speaking during the occasion, Remy OSSONG ONANA Director of Security and Facilitation, Representative of the Director General explained that the CCAA in her capacity as regulator of the civil aviation sector in Cameroon, attaches great importance to quality feedback to evaluate the services offered to air transport users in Cameroon.
The four day working session covered issues such as: ground handling,
Promoting and increasing the competitiveness of the Cameroon destination, Facilitation measures in the airports, Implementation of environmental standards in airports, Security infrastructures, Access control, Protection of passengers' rights and much more.
It is expected that recommendations from the 2017 edition translate in to better quality services in airports in the country.
