Election of New Staff Delegates at the CCAA

The entire staff of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), from its headquarters and across all airport platforms, went to the polls January 13, 2026, to elect their representatives in accordance with the regulations in force. A significant turnout was observed, accompanied by scrupulous adherence to electoral standards at all sites.

CCAA Board of Directors adopt 2026 Budget

The Board of Directors of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) convened for its 57th Ordinary Session on 30 December 2025 in Douala, Wouri Division, under the chairmanship of Mr. NGOLLE III Patrice Emmanuel, Board Chairperson. Mrs. AVOMO ASSOUMOU Paule, spouse KOKI, Director General, assisted by Mr. ALLABIRA Mamadou, Deputy Director General, presented the items on the agenda.

29th Meeting of the Steering and Monitoring Committee for the TSDP – Aviation Component

During this session, held on December 29, 2025 in Douala, the Committee Chairperson, Dr. Patrice NGOLLE NGOLLE III, and committee members, including Mrs. ASSOUMOU KOKI Paule, Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), reviewed and approved the activity report of the Transport Sector Development Project (TSDP) Aviation Component Management Unit as of December 26, 2025. Additionally, the Annual Budgeted Work Plan (ABWP) for the first semester of 2026 was formally adopted.

Civil aviation security: second 2025 ordinary session of the National Security Committee (NCASC))

Under the chairmanship of the Minister of Transport, Mr. Jean Ernest Masséna NGALLE BIBEHE, the National Security Committee (CNS) held its second annual ordinary session on Friday, December 19, 2025. The meeting, convened at the CCAA Training School, was attended by all member administrations.

Air Transport: forum on the quality of services provided to users holds in Douala

The CCAA Training Center in Douala hosted the 12th edition of the annual forum dedicated to the Quality of Services Provided to Air Transport Users from Tuesday, December 16, to Friday, December 19, 2025.

Solemn academic opening of ESNAA and CAMRA training programs at the CCAA Training School (EFO)

Under the banner of regional integration, the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) hosted the solemn academic opening for its new cohorts of aviation professionals on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Yaoundé Training School. This event marked the inauguration of the very first class of the Bachelor’s in Air Navigation Services and Aerodrome Operations (ESNAA) and welcomed the third cohort of the Specialized Master’s in Aircraft Maintenance and Recycling (CAMRA).

Aviation medicine: a priority for flight safety

A seminar dedicated to the promotion of aviation medicine was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in Douala, under the auspices of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA). The event brought together representatives of aircraft operators, medical examiners, pilots, air traffic controllers, and flight crews to discuss critical health and safety issues within the aviation sector.
