The Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) organized a consultation to approve the 2024/2025 winter season flight schedules for airlines serving Cameroon on 10 October 2024 in a meeting room at its Training School in Nsimalen.

The meeting was attended by various airline managers, representatives, and key players (ADC, ASECNA, MINT, the President of the Republic's Private Staff) involved in the commercial flight operations chain.
The main objective of this work was to ensure, in a collegial manner, that the flight schedules submitted did not conflict with the various stakeholders and that they complied with regulations regarding safety, security, airport capacity management, and economic development.
As a result, 16 flight schedules, including that of the national carrier Cameroon Airlines Corporation, were approved. Airlines providing international services include Air France, Brussels Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Kenya Airways, Rwandair, Asky Airlines, Allied Air, Air Peace, Afrijet, Cronos, Air Algérie, Royal Air Maroc, Egyptair and Air Côte d'Ivoire.

Air Sénégal has suspended flights to/from Cameroon compared to the previous summer. Regarding innovation, the arrival of the Air France Boeing 787 on the Charles de Gaules-Nsimalen-Charles de Gaules route from the end of October 2024 in Cameroon is confirmed.
The meeting also enabled the CCAA to reassure operators of the efforts to provide materials and equipment to guarantee the connectivity and quality of services offered at the international airports of Douala, Yaoundé and Garoua.
The CCAA also seized this opportunity to congratulate the airlines and all stakeholders on their compliance with air navigation procedures and urged them to pay their fees on time. This would enable the CCAA to carry out its supervisory missions and improve Cameroon's attractiveness as a destination.
