The objective of this operation which was launched Wednesday, February 20, 2019 by the Deputy Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), Mr. ALLABIRA Mamadou is to reduce delays in the processing of administrative, financial and technical files of the CCAA.

 Indeed, it is due to multiple delays observed in the processing of certain files that the Top Management instructed the implementation of this activity.

For the Deputy Director General, these delays have an impact on performance and lead to the loss of the credibility of the CCAA among service providers and partners.

To remedy this problem, the CCAA Anti-Corruption Cell (ACC), assisted by CONAC experts, has drawn up a work plan whose long-term objective is to reduce delays in the processing of cases in the various activities by a rate of 50% after one year and 80% after 5 years.

This work plan and the methodology to achieve it were presented to the heads of CCAA structures during this occasion. The workshop was attended by the representative of the President of CONAC who is also the coordinator of the anti-corruption strategy.
